These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Player", "User", "you" or "your") and the operator of the bor444 platform (hereinafter referred to as "bor444", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible via the domain bor444.cam.

To be eligible to create and maintain an Account on the bor444 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

Each eligible player is permitted to maintain only one registered Account. Duplicate accounts, including accounts registered by the same individual using different names, email addresses or payment methods, are strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms, or who are subject to a mandatory exclusion order, are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on the bor444 Platform.

To create an Account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested on the registration form. You warrant that all information provided during registration, and at any subsequent point when updating your Account details, is truthful and complete.

Registration typically requires: full legal name, date of birth, country and city of residence, email address, and a valid mobile number. You may be required to provide additional information as part of ongoing KYC obligations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Deposits to your bor444 Account must be made through the payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of the transaction. Payment method availability may change without prior notice. The Platform references familiar Pakistani payment services — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for context purposes only.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made in PKR are subject to the Platform's current currency handling procedures. Where cryptocurrency deposits are accepted (BTC / USDT), conversion rates and associated terms are applied at the time of the transaction and are subject to market conditions. Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their Account subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• The withdrawal method must correspond to a payment method previously used for a successful deposit, or otherwise accepted by the Platform.
• Withdrawal destination details must match the name on the registered and verified Account exactly.

• Wagering Requirement: The total value of qualifying bets required before bonus funds become withdrawable. The specific multiplier is stated in each offer's terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: Players with an active bonus may not place single-round bets exceeding the maximum limit stated in the applicable promotion terms. Breach may void the bonus and any associated winnings.

Any PKR figures mentioned in general promotional content (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000" or "PKR 1,000 minimum deposit") are illustrative unless the specific current offer specifies otherwise. Always read the applicable promotion page before opting in.

All sports betting and casino gaming activities on bor444 are governed by the rules published on the Platform for each specific market, game or event. By placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable game or market rules.

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and an acceptance reference is issued, the odds are locked for that specific wager. bor444 covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments), football, UFC and other markets as context for entertainment purposes only. bor444 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with the PCB, PSL, ICC, any cricket board, football federation or combat sports organisation.

Live betting markets close and reopen at the operator's discretion. Bets placed during a communications outage or technical error may be voided. bor444 is not liable for losses arising from connection issues on the Player's side.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.

• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain without promptly reporting the issue to support.

• Making chargebacks or reversing deposits through a payment provider after using the funds on the Platform.

Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and, where legally required, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

bor444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable promotion terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Receipt of a valid legal order requiring account restriction.
• At the Player's own request, including for responsible gambling purposes (self-exclusion).

Upon closure of an Account for any reason not attributable to Player breach, any verified real-money balance remaining will be returned to the Player via a payment method on record, subject to completion of KYC and applicable fraud checks. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play may be forfeited upon closure depending on the circumstances.

This licence does not permit you to: copy, modify, distribute, reproduce or commercially exploit any Platform content; reverse-engineer any part of the Platform software; or use automated tools to extract, scrape or index Platform data.

Any trademarks, service marks, or brand names displayed on the Platform (including payment provider names referenced for context) belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Platform does not constitute any endorsement, affiliation or commercial relationship unless explicitly stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bor444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any damage caused by technical failure, service interruption or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter for which it would be unlawful to limit or exclude liability.

The collection, use, storage and sharing of personal data in connection with your use of the bor444 Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

In summary, bor444 collects personal data to operate the Platform, process transactions, fulfil KYC obligations, prevent fraud and, where consented to, communicate promotional information.
